It's important to respect the offers you present to customers. For example, the coupon clearly states that you can receive an extra 10% discount when you bring your vehicle in on Saturday; however, this should not be combined with the additional 10% discount for spending over $100. Furthermore, it is unacceptable to treat the offering of extra services as mandatory. You should proactively ask customers about their interest and provide recommendations, rather than implying that they must accept them. That said, the service performance was excellent, as always.

My vehicle was taken in for a basic oil change. The next day I had to call GM roadside assistance due to oil leaking from my Yukon. The technician who worked on my vehicle did not replace oil filter properly and my garage has a huge oil stain. I had vehicle taken to local Chevy dealer and I am absolutely happy with how they handled the situation. I will never go back to your dealership for any service needs.

Made an appointment which did not matter. Was told an hour and a half for my truck to be finished for an oil change. Two and a half hours later, I went up to the employee who wrote me up to ask how much longer. He had at least three completed orders in his basket. He sat down his cell phone that he was looking at and attended to the completed orders when I asked how much longer. Friendly staff. Service department is very unorganized.

When I called in for appointment, I was greeted nicely and told I could be taken within an hour, so then the service manager told me there would be no cost as this was my first oil change after buying my car at their dealership. After the oil and filter change, tire rotation, and 21 various inspections, plus a check for any recalls, my new car got a clean bill of health and a total bill for $0.00. I am very happy with the Service dept. and will be coming back!

With the new change of staff there seems to be lack of communication and accountability to the customer. The attitude in the service area has switched from customer centric to all about getting the most dollar from each deal as possible. Additionally, previous customer service courtesies that are offered are no longer valid when requested.

I paid lots of money just to get rip-off. I have everything blue it's a set. The steering wheel cover was stolen from my truck. That wasn't all I keep tep money in the ashtray for for car wash I tep the men or Yung ladies that clean my windows. It wasn't much. But it's the principle. They want me to take it back because it's shaking. But what else are they going to take from my truck. I don't know if they took a good part off and put a used part on. I had just told them I have 2 trucks. One is all blue in the inside. The other truck is all green.

called ~9am and was given a 10:20 appointment, got there and was told 2 hrs to get an oil change, told Joe I could not wait that long, and I could call back when I got home, called and told Joe I would be there in 10 minutes he said ok, took to car in for advertised $50 oil change, it took 1 1/2 hours until I was out, the service ticket did not indicate the tires being rotated, was quoted $300+ for a transmission oil exchange and engine coolant exchange $300+. the car has 60,000 miles on it,the cars manual page 332 says those are recommended 150,000 miles???? please publish my response. invoice 27033062

I had an appointment at Diamond Hills Auto on Friday the 1st of August for an oil change and a hard shift problems my truck was having. The Service Adviser told me that it be best to bring it in on Monday because they need two days to diagnose the transmission and it would be sitting there all weekend. So, I agreed and left. On Monday morning, the 4th when I arrived at Diamond Hills Auto the Service Adviser didn’t remember me, so I explained that I needed an oil change and not to rotate and balance tires and about the hard shift problems the truck was having. About an hour after I left the dealership, the Service Adviser called me wanting the wheel locks so the tires could be rotated and balanced. I reminded him that I didn’t want the tires rotated and balanced. On Thursday the 7th in the afternoon I went to Diamond Hills Auto to talk to the Service Adviser regarding any updates on my truck and he didn’t remember me again. After I reminded him of the issues of my truck. After some discussion he told me the service tech couldn’t notice any hard shifts and there were no error codes, but he suggested that he could have the service tech drive it again in the morning and he would call me. And I agreed and left. On Friday the 8th after not getting any updates I called and left a message with the Service Adviser, this was 1:12 p.m. After waiting an hour and no call back, I went to Diamond Hills Auto and told the Service Adviser I was upset with him for not remembering me and not calling me with updates. I paid my bill and left. Very pour communications, I doubt if I will be returning again.

I took my 2024 GMC 2500 Crew Denali Ultimate 4X4 into Diamond GMC in Banning Ca. My driver side mirror is not retracting. They had it for 1 day and at 4:30 i received a call explaining this warranty issue would need to be approved. That is ridiculous its a $100K truck with bumper to bumper. I was told i would be informed if it was approved and then parts ordered. NO call No nothing. Please help this out im all about supporting the local dealership. I made a appointment for a regular oil change and tire rotation they where good about that got it done in 1 hour give or take but the reason for the low score... I have a habit of always checking what was done to my vehicle so I checked that oil was at the right level and for my filter was changed but the way they left my vehicle all dirty oil drips on my engine bay the filter was drenched in oil that it looked like they did not tighten the filter correctly or put a faulty filter it was dripping oil so I took it back and some other mecanic checked it for to make sure there was nothing wrong and I haven't checked yet if its still dripping but I was very disappointed on the cleanliness that was not made its part of the job guys to clean after your self at least do a courtesy cleaning of the engine bay and the bottom so it can be a professional job done was very disappointed im a loyal costumer there i bought a few yukons and tahoe there and get my service done there but know im second guessing my self if I should go back hope they fix the problem and get on point .....a

Brought in my 025 Buick for a Super Cruise issue. When I picked the car there were no paper mats to cover dirty shoes and when I brought my car home I discovered grease on the passenger side with all the personal settings on different settings. I don’t know how long they had the car on the freeway testing the car, however, this is still a new car. 2025 with about 3200 miles. I expected a little more car but in the end all I was told was that I don’t know how to use Super Cruise and I could get a lesson. Well, maybe I need to use the Super Cruise more to become familiar, but I feel this was poor service care on my new car.

I was not happy with the customer service Andy provide me. He was rude and and would not explain why he was not able to honor my GM coupon for my diesel truck for $30 dollars. He was not polite and definitely made me feel like not wanting to be back for any other services again at Diamond Chevrolet. He was upset because I asked him to show me a printout of the regular price the dealer charges for a 2500 diesel truck. It made me feel very uncomfortable and mad that he will answer me in such a rude and unprofessional way as a customer.

When we call last month for oil change I ask if we still have a free service . I was talking to service department and said “ Im not sure but let me look into it and I will call you back. I got a call back that same day and was told yes we still Hve a free service . I couldn’t remember the name of the associate. But I ended up re scheduling since I had an emergency. So when we went for an oils change I was told to pay $124. I told Tyler that before coming in we were told that it would still be free at no charge. He said unless you talk to your sales person. Sadly he wasn’t working that day. So we don’t know who to ask. I ended up paying since Tyler said he is not going to give the car unless it was paid. I told him this is not our mistake . But he said I can’t do anything about it. The worst part when I paid and give my credit card information he just hang up on me ! How rude is that! Shame on him! When I first bought the car everyone was telling me if you have any problem let us know we are here to help you. Really? Where is the help now? For a mistake we didn’t do! I bought cars with you guys 3 times ! For just what has Happened I’m never coming back!!!!!!

On previous occasions servce has been ok. This time I think my vehicle was done sooner than anticipated and I waited longer than needed. Also some Omar guy offered me a appraisal on my vehicle and I said, "No." He continued to carry on in an effort to get me an appraisal and trade in if wanted. I again said "No!" I had to get up from my seat and start to walk away before he left me alone. I didn't get a next service window sticker. I drive out of my way for your service (where i purchased my vehicle)when redlands is only 10 minutes away from me. I feel like loyalty is the best compliment however, annoyance and poor service can negate business spending. Thank you.

My experience with getting a problem fixed with my 2018 Volt as well as the 90,000 mile service was excellent from the time I took the car in to the time I picked it back up. Andy, the service manager was a pleasure to work with in his friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable way explaining all of the options that I would have as well as finding a discount coupon for me that helped with the cost of the periodic maintenance that the vehicle needed. The readily available shuttle service was a nice addition. I would rate that experience as A+ in every way.

Diamond Chevrolet is a relatively new dealership in a small town. It is very well~staffed & equipped with new systems. Their service dept. opens early, 7:00am M~F, so, if a customer is willing to rise early & come-in, They can take care of him quickly. Since my Silverado is only two years old, it requires only routine maint'c. This veh. has the 3.0ltr. Duramax turbo-diesel and is somewhat self-diagnostic. But the mechanics at Diamond know everything about it. And all it has required so-far is fresh oil & filters, tire rotations, etc. In 2025, the entry-level `pickup-truck' is a miracle of modern science & tech. ~as a result, is the most comfortable & even luxurious motor veh. I have owned so-far. I'm retired on disability, ~however~ I can drive in HEAVY traffic, in pouring rain through construction-sites with men at work and do it safely, calmly, comfortably & even luxuriously in my Silverado 1500. I sometimes wish I had horses to haul in a trailer. They'd enjoy casually munching fresh hay while rolling smoothly down the road at galloping speed.

Tech should have wrote down all that I wanted done so that the truck didn't have to go back to have all items completed. Also, asked for bolts to be put in the grill/plastic shield that flaps when I drive where they were missing, and they used zip ties. Brank new trucks shouldn't be missing bolts! The truck is still leaking fluid in my driveway every night. Brand new trucks shouldn't be leaking fluids! Will take it somewhere else.

I had an appointment for an oil change and to have the vehicle electronics checked because the Sirius XM & auto bright headlights were inop. When I checked in, the 1st service writer asked if I was leaving the car for 2-3 days for the diagnostics to be done. I explained I had an appointment for it and will be waiting. He again said it takes 2-3 days for diagnostics. I told him a tech simply hooks up a computer to the OBD to get codes. His response was" if it was that easy everyone would do it." I asked if they have a loaner vehicle since the work could not be done as scheduled. He replied, "we dont loan cars." He scheduled another appointment for Jan 3, 2026. The oil change was completed but no diagnostics were done. When I returned home I called and spoke to Grant, the service manager. I explained the situation and disappointment in scheduled work not being completed. Grant had me return to the dealership so the work could be completed and provided a loan vehicle. I was told to speak to Joe. I returned and met with Joe. He checked me in and provided me with a report of known codes and explained the repair process. I was provided a loaner vehicle. By the time I left my vehicle was in a service bay. By the end of the day the diagnostics were completed and re-programing completed. I retrieved my vehicle the next morning. Unethical service writers like the 1st one causes mistrust between customers and the dealership. His attempt to delay service costs me time and money. All work scheduled could have been done the 1st time I was there. But for Grant and Joe being honest and ethical, I would have rated the dealership 1 star because it wouldnt let me do 0 stars.

December 23, 2025 @ 9:00 AM…. Service Adviser Andrew Amezquita actually met me outside the service ENTRANCE as I arrived…. He was courteous and thorough in checking me in for my first service on my 2024 Chevy Colorado. I waited while the work was completed and Andrew came and got me in a little over 1 hour after I arrived. This is my second experience with Andrew and he has always been professional and a great representative of your dealership. Experience is good. Only issue is my brakes have been squeaking and when I lightly press on brakes they sound like metal on metal are rubbing. I’ve had this problem since they were at 80% life. They can’t find anything wrong
